It is with great pride and purpose that I welcome you to a place where passion meets professionalism in caregiving and healthcare training. AnsMed Training Institute was born out of a vision to transform how care is delivered in Ghana—by raising a new generation of well-trained, ethical, and compassionate care professionals.

As a clinical nurse and home care practitioner, I have witnessed firsthand the urgent need for skilled caregivers who can serve not only in hospitals but in homes, communities, and long-term care settings. With Ghana’s ageing population and growing demand for home-based care, there is a real opportunity—and responsibility—to equip people with the right skills to meet these evolving needs.

Since 2019, we have trained over 500 students, and every graduate represents our commitment to quality, dignity, and service. Our programs are grounded in competency-based learning, accredited by the Ghana Technical and Vocational Education and Training (GTVET), and shaped by real-world experience through our strong link with AnsMed Home Care Ltd.

We understand that healthcare is not just a profession—it’s a calling. That’s why our training is not only practical but deeply rooted in empathy, ethics, and respect for human life.
